INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup no sugar added peanut butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Swerve Confectioners
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

ICING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

With an electric mixer or hand mixer, beat butter and peanut butter until creamy.

Step 2

Sift Swerve Confectioners to remove any lumps. Add Swerve Confectioners, vanilla and salt, and beat until smooth.
