Swerve™ Chocolate Torte
Ingredients:
- 4 organic brown eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2½ cups Swerve™
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 cup coconut oil
- ½ cup cocoa
- 4oz sugar free chocolate syrup
- 4oz organic chocolate chips
Walnuts may be substituted with pecans
Preparation Directions:
Mix eggs, Swerve™, flour, vanilla and salt together.
Melt coconut oil in microwave then dissolve cocoa in the oil. Combine this with batter and mix well. Add walnuts, chocolate chips and sugar free chocolate syrup.
Pour batter into a buttered, with organic butter or spread, 9″x13″ pan.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Let cake cool before slicing. Top with sugar free chocolate syrup and walnuts.
