Specialty Sales Rep Opportunity – Lousiana

Swerve Sweetener is expanding the sales force of our premium all-natural sugar alternative. We have an immediate need for a Sales Representative in the Louisiana territory.

We offer a very lucrative, performance-based sales opportunity with an aggressive commission structure.

Swerve Sweetener’s Product Specialists enjoy the freedom of working an independent schedule. As a member of the Swerve Sales Team, you are responsible for generating new business for Swerve, LLC. Candidates will utilize and develop their business to business skills in prospecting for sales, following up with customers, and frequently communicating with the Swerve Sales Management Team.

Expectations/Responsibilities

Swerve Product Specialists contact grocery stores, organic and natural foods stores, restaurants, bakeries, etc to promote and sell our all-natural sugar alternative.

• Targeting and developing new retail accounts within the territory
• Increasing same store sales in all current retail locations
• Traveling to retail locations to physically inspect shelf stock, checking code dates, product integrity and ensuring all approved items are in stock on have proper shelf placement
• Increasing facings of fast moving items and improving shelf presence
• Communicating product information and promotions to retail staff
• Implementing marketing plans within stores and region
• Personally conducting product demonstrations, as needed
• Utilizing market data to improve placement and retail support
• Conducting product training and education with in-store staff
• Completing and submitting orders, reports, recaps and expense reports accurately and timely
• Developing and maintaining the confidence and good-will of the customer and Swerve, LLC by sustaining a friendly and courteous attitude and professional appearance
• Attending industry trade shows as necessary
• Representing Swerve, LLC at company demonstrations, events and other activities
